Responsible for user support including tasks (i.e.creation and modification of users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and org-wide defaults). Maintains core system administration of users (i.e.creation, modification, and removal of record types, page layouts, fields, validation rules, buttons/actions, and living record pages). Responsible for core system administration of standard and custom objects (i.e.Designs and implements declarative automation using Process Builder, Workflow, Approval Process, and Lightning Flow (primary responsibility).Identifies bugs and aligns with requirements during debugging.
Writes and deploys test code coverage, maintaining 100% coverage for the organization.Designs and deploys consistent and reliable Aura Lightning Components, APEX triggers and classes, and Visualforce pages.Maintains and customizes Sales and Service Cloud platforms within the Lightning Experience UI, including but not limited to Field Service Lightning.401(k) retirement plan with company match.Medical, dental, vision and Prescription Insurance plans.The incumbent in this role will be responsible for building and maintaining the Salesforce platform and to empower team members to gain efficiency and make data driven decisions.
